What is your refund and return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all one-time purchase and subscription orders that have shipped are final and may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Subscription orders that are canceled before shipment will not be charged to your payment method on file. Please see our Subscription Process on the Services under Terms & Conditions for more information.

Exception: If there is an issue (e.g. wrong product shipped, damaged product) with anything you received, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot process refund requests beyond this period. Of note, this will be a refund to the original payment method and no return of the product back to SpoonfulOne is required.
