What is your refund and return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all one-time purchase and subscription orders that have shipped are final and may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Subscription orders that are canceled before shipment will not be charged to your payment method on file. Please see our Subscription Process on the Services under Terms & Conditions for more information.

Exception: If there is an issue (e.g. wrong product shipped, damaged product) with anything you received, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order to have a replacement shipped to you. We cannot process replacement requests beyond this period.
