What if I want to update my subscription product to a different product?

Please log into your account and click manage subscriptions. From here, you will see an option to swap your next order in the menu options under Actions.

Clicking swap with take you to your current product dashboard. From here, you can make a new product selection. Clicking select on a product will replace your current product with the new product. This will be your subscription product going forward unless you make another swap.

** Swap is currently not a self-service option for prepaid subscriptions. Please contact customer support to swap or update the product in your prepaid subscription at or through our chat option.
