  • How do I contact SpoonfulOne?

    You can contact us at SpoonfulOne by emailing us at support@spoonfulone.com or calling us at 844-81-SPOON (844-817-7666). Or if you'd like, open up a chat session with us!

  • What is your refund and return policy?

    Due to the nature of our products, all one-time purchase and subscription orders that have shipped are final and may not be eligible for a return or refund.

    Subscription orders that are canceled before shipment will not be charged to your payment method on file. Please see our Subscription Process on the Services under Terms & Conditions for more information.

    Exception: If there is an issue (e.g. wrong product shipped, damaged product) with anything you received, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot process refund requests beyond this period. Of note, this will be a refund to the original payment method and no return of the product back to SpoonfulOne is required.

  • How do I change my Billing Information

    Please log into your account and click manage subscription. From here, you will see an option to edit your billing details in the Billing Information section of your profile.

  • How do I change my Account Details

    In order to update your Account Details, please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to http://www.spoonfulone.com. Click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner of the page. If you aren’t already logged in, please do so now.
    2. On the Account page, click on the “Profile” link towards the top of the page.
    3. Find the Account Details section
    4. Click on the "Change" button.  On the next page, proceed to updating your Account Details and click Save. That’s all! We will use this updated information to process your next order.
  • How do I update my password?

    In order to update your password, please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to http://www.spoonfulone.com. Click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner of the page. If you aren’t already logged in, please do so now.
    2. On the Account page, click on the “Profile” link towards the top of the page.
    3. Find the Password section
    4. Click on the "Change" button.  On the next page, proceed to updating your password and click Reset. That’s all!
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept all major US credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

    We also accept Apple Pay, Amazon Pay (for one-time purchases) and Paypal. We are currently not able to accept prepaid credit cards.

  • How do I update my credit card?

    In order to update your credit card on file, please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to http://www.spoonfulone.com. Click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner of the page. If you aren’t already logged in, please do so now.
    2. On the Account page, click on the “Profile” link towards the top of the page.
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the Payment section.
    4. Click on the "Change" button.  On the next page, proceed to updating the card number. That’s all! We will use this updated credit card information to charge the next order.
  • How do I change my shipping address?

    In order to update your shipping address, please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to http://www.spoonfulone.com. Click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner of the page. If you aren’t already logged in, please do so now.
    2. On the Account page, click on the “Profile” link towards the top of the page.
    3. Find the Shipping Addresses section
    4. Click on the "Change" button.  On the next page, proceed to updating your shipping address and click Save. That’s all! We will use this updated information to process your next order.
  • How do I edit, skip or cancel my subscription?

    In order to update your subscription, please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to http://www.spoonfulone.com. Click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner of the page. If you aren’t already logged in, please do so now.
    2. On the Account page, click on the “Plans” link towards the top of the page.
    3. Find your active subscription where you can easily edit, skip your next shipment or cancel
